A to Z Minus G (The G Came Tumbling After)

ETA: Because they fixed the book.
Now that the book has been fixed. I would like to add that I liked that the art in this book is original and not just photostock or clip art pictures. While I still wish the font for the factoids was larger and more kid friendly, many of them are humorous. However, as the main points for this book are the ABCs and the silly animal pictures then it does a good job.
I can recommend this book now.
ORIGINAL REVIEW WITH A CHANGED RECOMMENDATION
I would have given this a higher score, except how do you have an alphabet book and leave out one of the letters?
This book is similar to many of the A-Z Animals, except in this book the author has created silly animals, that resemble normal animals slightly. ie. jellyburra is an animal that hides in rainbows., umptor is similar to a giraffe but doesn't have a long neck. It could be an interesting game to see what animal the silly animal is most like.
It has a clickable TOC for 25 letters.
The illustrations take up about a fourth of the page and are original and well done. Variety of colors. This is not like the circle animals that all look alike.
On the top of each page in large bold font are the capital letter and the silly animal name. Below that is the illustration of the animal. Below that in normal type is a "factoid" about that silly animal. The font for the statement is boring and not very child friendly. Some of the factoids are humorous, others caused me to say "huh?".
However, my main issue with this book is that it did not have a letter "G". Even giving that the animals are make believe, this is supposed to help a child learn his/her letters, leaving out a letter is a major fail.
I can recommend this book now that the problem is fixed.

Weird animals with short descriptions. This will definitely get your child's imagination going! Short and sweet and has an animal for each letter of the alphabet.
